📋 Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to MyTrueHair! By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Users must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in their place of residence to use our services. You must provide true and accurate personal information and are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
🛍️Orders and Payments
Order Confirmation
Placing an order constitutes a purchase offer. Our order confirmation email signifies acceptance of your offer. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
Payment Method
We only accept PayPal payments. Orders must be paid within 24 hours, otherwise they will be automatically canceled. All prices are shown in USD, excluding destination taxes and fees.
Stock Availability
Products may become unavailable due to stock changes. In case of out-of-stock items, we will promptly notify you and offer options such as waiting for restock, product replacement, or refund。
🚚Shipping Policy
We offer free worldwide shipping. Delivery time is 3–20 business days (excluding processing time). We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or military bases. International shipments may incur customs duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
The risk of delivery is borne by us until the order is signed for. Customers must provide an accurate delivery address.Losses caused by incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility.
🔄Returns and Exchanges
Return Conditions
- Request within 10 days of receipt
- Item must be brand new and unused
- Original packaging and tags must remain intact
- Return authorization must be obtained in advance
Return Process
Contact customer service to obtain return authorization → Ship the product to the designated address → Refund will be issued via electronic gift card after inspection.
Non-returnable Items
Customized, used, or damaged items are not eligible for return. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (except for quality issues).

We guarantee all products meet quality standards. If you receive an item with quality issues, please contact us within 7 days and provide photo evidence. We will offer replacement, repair, or refund.
